An exhibitor is a group of volunteers typically representing a club, organization, or business that provides a game, craft or activity for the participants attending the Buddy Walk! Exhibitors can also provide materials to educate walkers about their organization. Bring your volunteers and supplies needed for activity or game. Optional items could be table, chairs, promotion materials, mascot, shade canopy, or banner.
Please partner with us Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 4-6 p.m. at McCosh Park in Moses Lake to create opportunities for awareness and inclusion for those with differences. This is a unique opportunity for your family, company, business, or organization to provide service to the community as well as gain exposure and expansion through publicity.
Check in and set up for exhibitors is Saturday September 25th at 2:00 pm. Walkers will start showing up at 2:30 and continue the fun until 5pm.
Food is provided for all exhibitors/volunteers. Buddy Walk shirts are available at a discounted rate of $5.00, if you pre-register as a volunteer before August 30th.
